We have three process to suit all timelines.
Ready to Ship
Perfect for those wanting their jewellery without the wait. These completed pieces are in stock and ready to be dispatched from our showrooms.
Online made-to-order pieces are best for those know exactly what they please allow approximately four to five weeks for production and 2-5 days shipping.
Bespoke designs we recommend allowing a minimum of two months to ensure no detail is missed.
This timeframe ensures each piece is carefully crafted and finished to our standard. Where a design involves additional detail or sourcing, we will guide you through any adjusted timelines at the time of order.

READY TO SHIP
If a piece is currently in stock and part of our ready to ship section, it will be prepared and dispatched within two business days.

AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING
Once your piece is complete, it will be shipped via Express Post with signature on delivery.
Delivery typically occurs within two -five business days across Australia.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship internationally via DHL.
All orders require a signature on delivery.
Delivery timeframes are generally 5–10 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing.
Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by the customs regulations of the destination country.
