Looking beyond the certificate
At Unique Diamonds, selecting a diamond is never reduced to a certificate.
It’s a process we’ve built over years. One that allows us to step back, look deeper, and choose with intention. Every diamond we present has been considered, not just sourced.
A grading report is an important starting point. It gives structure and consistency when comparing diamonds.
But it doesn’t tell the full story.
Two diamonds with the same grading can look completely different in person. Subtle details like light performance, proportions, and the placement of inclusions all influence how a diamond presents once it’s in front of you.

Our background in the international diamond market has given us access to a broad range of stones and, more importantly, the ability to compare them properly.
Over time, you start to recognise the small details that separate a good diamond from a truly exceptional one. Not always on paper, but in how it presents.
We’ve intentionally built our business to support this level of detail.
We’re not restricted to a set parcel of diamonds or a single supplier. That freedom allows us to take the time to search properly, to compare widely, and to be selective in what we bring forward.
It also means we’re comfortable walking away from diamonds that don’t meet the standard we’re looking for.
