Warranty
Every bespoke Unique Diamonds piece is backed by our lifetime manufacturing warranty, reflecting our commitment to exceptional craftsmanship and quality.
This warranty covers:
- Genuine manufacturing defects and faults in workmanship.
- Structural issues caused by a manufacturing fault under normal wear conditions.
- Manufacturing defects where the piece shows no signs of impact, accidental damage, misuse, or other external causes.
This warranty does not cover:
- Pieces returned misshapen due to impact, pressure, or accidental damage.
- Normal wear and tear, including scratches, band thinning, worn claws or prongs, and general metal wear.
- Loss of diamonds or gemstones caused by impact, accidental damage, worn claws, or failure to maintain the piece.
- Damage caused by chemicals, improper cleaning, or misuse.
- Alterations, resizing, or repairs carried out by a third-party jeweller.
We strongly recommend that all fine jewellery, particularly claw-set engagement rings, be professionally inspected every 6–12 months to assess claw wear, stone security, and the overall structural integrity of the piece. Regular maintenance is essential to the longevity of your jewellery, and failure to maintain routine inspections may void warranty claims relating to wear-related damage.
Taking your piece to an outside jeweller for resizing or repairs will void your warranty. We cannot be held accountable for any work done outside of our workshop, and therefore do not recommend other jewellers.
If you believe your piece has a manufacturing fault, please return it to Unique Diamonds for assessment. If a genuine manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will repair, replace, or remake the piece at our discretion before any refund is considered.
As part of our commitment to lifelong aftercare, repairs resulting from normal wear and tear are available through our not-for-profit repair program, with work completed at cost price wherever possible.
